Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in City Falkirk's Entertainment Hybrid for an Administration/Sales Manager.
The role involves being responsible for all administration within the Venue including helping the Management with their paperwork and collating all administration to be returned to Head Office.
In addition it is a sales role and the main responsibilities will include driving the business forward including making new business contacts and sustaining existing contacts. Will be required to take booking enquiries and oversee the event from point of contact to the actual event. A large part of this position will be to manage the Christmas bookings diary including taking telephone enquiries to sending out information to securing the deposits for the bookings.

Qualities:
Ideal candidate must be highly motivated, previous sales experience is an advantage as must be sales driven, ability to work on their own and be used to working in a high paced working environment.
Must have excellent communication and organisational skills and attention to detail.

Hours: 48.00

Pay Info: Competitive salary depending on experience with a bonus structure and excellent staff benefits. 5 days out of 7, day and evening shifts.
